Well, I thought I was ready for this. I started the on-ramp program yesterday, getting up ultra-early and showing up with 3 other newbies to get it all started. We spent the hour learning and talking, and then did a workout that was pretty tough for me, but I imagine regular crossfitters might do, oh, say, as a warmup. Well, I'm sore, but it sure was fun.

I feel great since my last post. My thoughts have not held me down. Yesterday I told Scott I was ready for the big change...not menapause. The change from being someone who talks about eating healthy to really eating healthy. Scott and I have gone a bit sideways which allowed me to feel my body, aches and pains and all. I have a tummy ache, a head ache, a back ache, acne, and the worst part is I am not even enjoying eating the crappy foods anymore.

I ate relatively clean for the holiday, just way more carbs than normal. I'm not feeling bad, but I definitely feel the difference in fuel I'm using. The leftovers are almost gone . . .
